黑龙江省总工会充分发挥“工匠学院”育人平台作用，依托黑龙江省冰雪雕刻和创意设计工匠学院，连续举办6期冰雪工匠人才培训班，累计培训1580人次。培训期间，120余名学员将传统技艺与现代设计理念深度融合，共同完成大型主题雪雕《骐骥驰骋》，实现了理论与实践的有机结合。在“中国梦·劳动美”黑龙江省首届冰雪大世界劳动竞赛中，超过7000名能工巧匠汇聚哈尔滨冰雪大世界，在比拼中交流技艺、激发灵感、钻研技术、苦练本领。为进一步系统提升人才素质，黑龙江省总工会专门举办促进冰雪经济高质量发展职工技能提升培训班，邀请行业专家学者，围绕政策趋势、冰雪文创设计、实操技巧等专题授课。多年来，黑龙江省总工会持续培育的冰雪工匠人才在国际赛事中数次斩获大奖，不仅彰显了工匠技艺，更提升了龙江冰雪文化的国际影响力。高技能人才正成为支撑黑龙江冰雪产业持续创新、迈向高端的坚实基石。
